Summer is up and dancing (check out the highlights in our insta for a sneek peeks!) In Amsterdam, we floated 23 stories to the top of the A’DAM LOOKOUT and danced with a panoramic view of the city. The energy in NYC this week was a palpable reminder that this world is full of beautiful souls, just looking to belong. Finally in Austin, we sealed Pride 2018 with a kiss and a morning of pure magic.
What’s next? We’ve been invited to kick off an epic installation inside the National Building Museum. Imagine dancing by a swimming pool filled with hundreds of thousands of recyclable plastic balls…💃 If you’re in D.C. this Friday, come play!✨

✨DANCING ON MY OWN✨
I attended my first Daybreaker by myself at the Adler Planetarium. 🌙The yoga during the sunrise was such a stimulating way to wake up (and I am not a morning person by any means!) Everyone was friendly and before going inside for the dance party, I was talking and connecting with others outside — taking pictures of the sunrise together with strangers. 📸
I will say, I am not normally comfortable dancing in public, but something about this environment made it easy to get on the dance floor and just… be. ✨Maybe because it’s like 5 or 6 in the morning, so no one really minds, but I didn’t feel the need to try and impress anyone.
I talked with a few community members after dancing, and we said we’d see each other at the next event. I haven’t made it back to one (yet!) but I’m very much looking forward to going again! Waking up on the dance floor was the most positive way to start the day. I went into work that morning with a huge jolt of positive emotions and energy.
Kinda makes you wonder what else is possible when you start the day on such a high…. 💫

3 Easy Practices to Include in your Morning Routine: harness energy, boost your mood, and sync up with your body clock.
🔥Swap your morning coffee with breath of fires. Take 5-15 minutes with this breathing practice. BOFs purify your blood and release deposits from the lungs. Instead of relying on a caffeine kick, BOFs generate natural energy throughout your body.
🎵Start the day on a high note with music. The mood we tap into first thing in the morning will set the tone for the rest of the day. Cue a few feel good tunes while you’re getting ready for the day. Fifteen minutes after hearing a song you love, your brain will flood dopamine (science says!).
☀️Reset your circadian rhythm. Throw open the curtains and soak in the sunshine. Sun exposure tells your brain it’s time to start the day and will give you a boost in energy. This practice will also reset your own circadian rhythm if it’s been out of whack recently. #lifehack
