Happy Sunday Fam! 💕
Another week for the books. In NYC, we grooved on a rooftop, wearing yellow hues (fun fact, in almost every culture around the world, yellow is a symbol of happiness, optimism and warmth.) Love this. 💛
In Stockholm, we danced with Gather Festival; they’re on a mission to make the future better, so together we co-created how we’d want the future to feel (if the future were a dance floor. Hmmm, maybe it will be… 😉).
But for today, let’s be in the present, eh? Bask in that “me-time” this AM (maybe catch this inspiring convo on finding your tribe between us and Jonathan Fields of The Good Life Project Podcast). Then scroll down for this week’s dance floor tale, upcoming events, our Sunday Seedlip Serve, and what “spreading good vibes” really means. Enjoy… ✨
With endless love & mischief,

PS! If you’re in NYC this week, catch us IRL on Tues Sept 18th for more community building goodness. 💖
✨”I WISH EVERYONE KNEW ABOUT THIS!”✨
The ancients used to dance in community to heal, and though I always understood that conceptually, I experienced it this past Thursday at my first-ever Daybreaker. Dance is medicinal. The energy of the rising sun and the sobering freshness of the morning unveiled a healthy platform for people and families alike to move, heal, and love themselves.
That morning, just before yoga, I had a feeling. As a bunch of people and I were cramming ourselves into an elevator, I looked around and thought, “in a couple of hours; we are all going to be family.” 💛
Only halfway into the morning, we were all unified by our love of dance, well-being, and community. Self-expression and these core values helped shape us into a family.
I never thought I’d be so embraced by an entire community of people. I have to admit that in the beginning, I was a little critical of myself and how I was dancing. I realized that my self imposed judgements inhibit self expression from day-to-day and I thought to myself, “what if it wasn’t like that?”
And then I gave myself full permission to just tell myself, “move however you’d like.”
*It was ecstatic.* ⚡️
At some point in the trance, I thought: “This is my religion.”
My first Daybreaker helped me see that self expression is pure. It’s thoughtless and truly medicinal. I have continued gratitude for the Daybreaker team for making this possible. You guys have validated every ounce of love and excitement that I shared, and reflected it back to me. That validation is so infectious — I want to share it with everyone I meet.
I find myself on the edge of my seat; waiting for what’s to come.✨
With love & mischief,
// Abraham

What it really means to spread those good vibes.✌️We got curious about the physical explanation behind “spreading positive vibes.” Here’s what we found…
👉 In a study at the HeartMath Institute called The Electricity of Touch, research supported the theory that YES, people can (and do!) sense our heart’s electromagnetic energy. What does electromagnetic energy have to do with the vibe we give off?
The energy in these vibrations contains information and codes about how we are feeling. So when we’re feeling guud, the coding in our heart’s vibrations reflect that. This phenomena is called coherence — aka the effect our emotions have on our heart’s electromagnetic waves.🌊
And data shows “when people touch or are in proximity, a transference of the electromagnetic energy produced by the heart occurs.”
Woah.
What vibes are you sharing with your neighbor rn?
Positive thoughts = positive vibrations.🌼
