From outer space to inner space, you’re invited to step into a cosmic multiverse and dance under the light of the stars… 💫 For Episode 8 of Daybreaker LIVE, we’re coming together with our dear friend yogi Elena Brower 🧘‍♀️to explore a higher plane, somewhere in the Milky Way. ✨

Together in our homes with our fellow Earthlings  🌎, we’ll awaken our atoms with an intergalactic yoga journey, guided by Elena and the auditory hug that is Above & Beyond’s Flow State Meditations album. 💛 Then, like whirling nebulas, we’ll lose our sense of time, ignite our inner cosmos and dance at the speed of light 🚀 with an otherworldly bassf-ful set by DJ Dane of The Dusty Rhino. 💃

Because sometimes we all need a little reminder that we’re made almost entirely of stardust. 🌟And what better way to cultivate that mindfulness 🧠 and celebrate the magic inside us than with movement, community and meditation.

Dress in light-up onesies, robot bodysuits, interstellar robes, space helmets and galaxy prints. 👽And remember: every time you dance with us, you’re keeping this movement alive. 💖
