This morning, our pillars of wellness + mindfulness inspired us to flip through a few Harvard studies on mindful eating — nbd, it’s just a thing we do.😋 Which led us to this:

Blowing through your morning chow down (holler at your acai bowl🍇 ) may not be so friendly for your body. Multitasking while you eat can temporarily slow or shut down your metabolism (similar to what it does during fight or flight mode). This leads to unkewl things like making us miss out on the nutrition a meal’s ‘sposed to provide and the sensory experience associated with a good meal.

So rather than typing that email or reading the latest on your news app — pop in these tunes, stay present with your bfast and digest the morning.🎵
